I see maybe I should drop the resolution and upscale it. Ah well it looks ok tbh from were I'm sitting. Still very playable and looks good.
That game require 3GB Vram but compared to W_D I cant see any stuttering on my 2GB card, Avg 48 fps (I used fraps benchmark for that) so it runs very well (for unoptimised game)
Well I didnt get any stutter yet.. Im playing with controller and camera panning looked smooth. Using fps limit off and vsync off atm, max vram was ~ 2.5gb or so, but cut scenes are very VERY gpu demanding @ 1080p internal resolution. This is what I got, It 1 crashed one time right after that plane crashed, then I re-ran as admin and never saw it again, played what good 60-70min after that.. Even alt+tab to raise my gpu OC a little and it went back to game right away. And so many zombies wow! That car drive was funny as hell splatting everywhere..
Vram requirement must be a lot more because of 1440P, that or my ultra high draw distances are causing it, up to 3.8gb vram usage Also, if you think thats a lot of zombies, just wait.. Hordes can be easy 5x larger than that
well I had all to max, LOD slider etc, yeah guess its cause of 1440p.. So you say 5x more then in this screen?
Yeah easily 5x more. Ill show a quick shot of a big horde. Also, i edit game CFG , pretty much doubled every setting of max.
Ok thanks, yeah I saw something like that when I was driving in that mini van.. Btw playing with a controller makes it even more tricky, rises the tension a lot, felt so helpless few times
Do you have a C: drive installed? If you don't you will get a black screen. http://steamcommunity.com/app/265550/discussions/0/613935404016075756 I dont know if it has been fixed yet though.
That won't be the problem then. The problem I posted was that if you have no C: drive whatsoever then it wont start. Plugging in a USB drive and naming it C: fixes it. I suppose you will have to wait for a patch.
