They are for APUs, but they also have support for GPUs in them as well. :)

Here, these are the best drivers since 13.12's.

Flawless... System is fast and stable.

I don't have it here to test, pal... Other games are all running smooth, though....

Skyrim, Assetto Corsa, Batman series, Mass Effect Series, Battlefield 4, Grid Autosport, Dirt 3, etc, etc... All fine, stable... Also Flash Player, videos, etc... All going great.

Sooo.. they are NOT listed when i go to AMD site to get drivers to my GPU.
They list the following compatible products:
    Products Supported:
    E8860
    E6760
    E6460
R-Series 2nd Gen formally codenamed ‘Bald Eagle’
R-Series 1st Gen formally codenamed ‘eTrinity’
    Steppe Eagle
    G-Series SOC
    G-Series
    Radeon HD 6970M
    Radeon HD5770

And where in that list am i supposed to automagically realize it works for my R9 270x card? If it was made for my GPU, how come this does not appear when i go look for drivers for my R9 gpu?

Do i need to mod it? Is it 100% stable.. and so on. Fair enough if ppl say its a mod driver, or some beta whatnot.. but kinda making it appear im a tool to not automagically find this driver on AMD site is.. well :p

Anyone with inside info why AMD does not put this on as "the latest and greatest whql for your R9 xxx card!"? :)

To check compatibility my first go to would be the inf file since the notes are usually AMD half truths and fairy tales ;).

My assertion on why this hasn't been made public yet comes from a recent AMD tweet on them wanting to obtain more driver feedback before releasing "their big surprise".

My bet (besides the obvious huge rework) from a PXAI (AMD + Intel) perspective is that there are still some bugs to iron out - inclusive of missing tabs and such.

However I am sure that someone from a desktop card perspective can also tell you about eyefinity issues which might still exist for some. This is also true for laptops.

I believe someone mentioned here that they knew of some impending driver rework?

i'm using 14.8 now, tested Dota 2 and have no issues on 7870

maybe it's something about GCN 1.1 (7790/260x) or just your PC
