1. unpack patch.dat or windy_city.dat (vanilla) 2. rename windy_city.game.xml to windy_city.game.rml . (worlds\windy_city\generated) 3. drag to createxml of disrupt 4. open the new created windy_city.xml 5. search the lines Clear Clear_Rain0_Cloud0.4 Clear_Rain0_Cloud0.6 Clear_Rain0.01_Cloud0.9 Clear_Rain0.5_Cloud1 Storm and change the "frain=... " values 1=heavy rain 6. save file 8. drag your edited windy_city.xml to createxml of disrupt 9. rename the windy_city_converted.rml to windy_city.game.xml (delete the old one before) 10. repack the patch
actual version is less windy try to test different hz setting of Monitor or in game setting, or try to reduce offset bias and luma sharp. if you use sfx (a have nearly this issue if i play on an old flat tv) ;-)

what do you mean with "2 storm settings"? i can only see 1 the file so how can i change the storm setting? (without editing a file =P )
yes its only a windy_city.game.xml replace i edited the fog values for this settings in the xml Clear Clear_Rain0_Cloud0.4 Clear_Rain0_Cloud0.6 Clear_Rain0.01_Cloud0.9 Clear_Rain0.5_Cloud1 Storm (back to your question the last 2 of them are only diffence in fog values=Samestorm but different fog ) the weathersituations (include rain intrnsity, fog, clouds) will change from time to time. and also changed transitionduration and othe. smal changes. this gives a good Balance of changing and intrnsity of the weather in wd. works also with other mods

Does your mod use the Enhanced Extra HQ 3.1 of Lunayah's mod and if it doesn't, would it be possible to make one that does..? 1. its based on extravHQ, but DONT use his defaultrenderconfig.xml so its Not uber ultra, but i will make an edited file of them to on monday (would be released as a installer via mod patcher, like the other standalones) 2. I know about this DOF, but dont test it actually, the screens from txgt looks great. it will work with any mod. and make my try with his cameracontext.lib tomorro. .... hope all is Clear?! ;-)
to do list - edit decal/ bulletholes by shot on glas (actual no transparence) - fix the bright sky/light in morning (try to edit cloud.lib ) - release the final version if the ubipatch 1.05. is integrated (i believe it will be released at 23.09.)

Can you give me steps to unpack the windy_city.game.xml and change rain to light rain like the video. and also to only have medium fog and not heavy. meaning only 1 fog setting (medium) Thanks. Edit: is the rain always heavy with your mod or it depends? because everytime it rains its very hard and kinda hard to see from all the heavy rain.
