Last week we already mentioned that it is very plausible to see Nvidia release the GeForce GTX 880 and or 870. Over at the ChinaJoy Game Developers Conference a representative of Gigabyte made a bit ... Gigabyte employee confirms GeForce GTX 880
GTX 880 HDMI 2.0 support Hope this series will be the first to support HDMI 2.0 with Dolby Atmos and Display Port 1.3! I myself will probably not get any thing from the 800 series till they release the full Maxwell core in a Ti variant or till the 980. All I want is the features listed above so that more then 7 speakers are finally supported and I can use my 11.1 surround system to it's full potential! As far as that goes I'm not digging the memory bandwidth constraints, so I decided to wait for the full die version and go SLI to achieve 60fps at 4k.
It good :/ but i'm stick with my r9 280x may be gtx980 But is the game behide him interesting to try it haha
DisplayPort 1.2a is the latest and hasn't even been implented in Monitors. So i doubt it's gonna have 1.3.
Well i guess i been Lucky, since ive never had a broken Reference Card. Also the new Accelero Coolers are easier to install. No more need for Thermal Tape or Glue. So it should be easier to put the old cooler back on. IF there isn't a warranty sticker on one of the screws ofcourse. But so far Zotac has never done that.
Same here. Prefer the arctic products over the customized cooling solutions anyway.. plus in the past I've noticed that reference cards have better capabilities with Overclocking and modding using alternate bios.
Doubt it, it is not like a competitor think we better make one too now They have probably already made them.
my MSI 560 ti has been quiet as a mouse and hopefully my Shiny new R9 280x by Sapphire will be the same. So there is no need for me to go to the next set of Nvidia cards.
