That's in CTE I wonder if they will push it though on it's own. Also they are aiming for the huge CTE patch to hit stable next month.

Thanks for the advice about GOL. I might try it. Came close few times, thought i di it on caspian, but realized knife kills dont count!!! Then couldnt get sniper ribbon on firestorm after doing 5/5 So frustrating.

I might try SRAW and take out heli!

What did they change so far? Is there a changelog for people outside of the cte to know what's coming?

A tone of stuff I could probably stick the last weeks worth together minus all the changes to rush layouts.

Yeah I will leave it at that. Core game play has had 16 patches so far I posted the last 4.

I had that with my 560Tis due to hitting vram limits, do you have the 2Gb version?
    Are you running Windows 8?
What is your idle vram usage like?
    Whats vram usage ingame?

Oh and after the last few patches, High textures with 1Gb vram is fairly stable, I think I put effects quality and post processing to medium, with post aa on high. Looks beautiful, pushes 1080p at above 60fps most of the time.

I also used to have that because of using a browser(which used around 100mb vram) for battlelog ingame, in the end I just found Midori, a lightweight browser which used 0mb vram, and allowed me to play on my 560Tis. The 760 has got enough vram to burn lol.

I'm running windows 8.1 pro. My cards come with 2 gigs, the most VRAM I've seen used was ~1700. I ran prime 95 again overnight just to be sure. No errors.

    Have you disabled Core Parking?

You don't need to do that on Windows 8. Use Resource monitor in Windows 7 and you can see cores are parked. Use a program to un-park them and you see that the message next to each parked core is now gone.

Use Resource monitor on Windows 8 and you see it does not show parked at all.

I never parked or unparked my CPU. Not sure what that means?

Core parking is something windows does to save energy, basically just turning off unused cores.

From my own tests it got a buff as long range drop off damage like in bf3 but with less of a stability hit. I need to test it on more guns though as most of the guns I use (bulldog aek scar ect) already have quite a bit of recoil)

Is 6 gigs of system memory along with 2 gigs of memory on graphics card enough memory to run BF4 smoothly? Using windows 8.1 pro..

Depends on game resolution and image quality. For me, 6gb system (tripple channel) are enough, but I can't tell you about 2gb of vram as I've got more.
I'm fairly sure though that should be enough for high quality, correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm contemplating that maybe I need more system memory to prevent the stuttering? I'm currently using triple channel, do I have to use 3 sticks with my board and OC? Or can I use 2 slots of 2x6 gigs? Will dual channel work the same or must I use triple channel memory for my board/OC?

No, you will need a triple channel kit, so either get bigger modules (but still triple channel branded kit) or go and buy another kit of what you already have and fill up all 6 slots. Modern dual channel kits won't work afaik.
