    this is quite amazing but night scenes are too dark and the stuttering is quite annoying fps is really low can you fix them ? and why brownish filter ?

    For better colors replace these line in the sweetfx

    /*-----------------------------------------------------------.
    / Tonemap settings /
    '-----------------------------------------------------------*/
    #define Gamma 1.015 //[0.000 to 2.000] Adjust midtones
    #define Exposure -0.000 //[-1.000 to 1.000] Adjust exposure
    #define Saturation 0.300 //[-1.000 to 1.000] Adjust saturation
    #define Bleach 0.00 //[0.000 to 1.000] Brightens the shadows and fades the colors
    #define Defog 0.00 //[0.000 to 1.000] How much of the color tint to remove
    #define FogColor float3(-0.51, 0.65, -0.65) //[0.00 to 2.55, 0.00 to 2.55, 0.00 to 2.55] What color to remove - default is blue

    /*-----------------------------------------------------------.
    / Vibrance settings /
    '-----------------------------------------------------------*/
    #define Vibrance 0.05 //[-1.00 to 1.00] Intelligently saturates (or desaturates if you use negative values) the pixels depending on their original saturation.
    #define Vibrance_RGB_balance float3(-0.65, -0.65, -0.65) //[-10.00 to 10.00,-10.00 to 10.00,-10.00 to 10.00] A per channel multiplier to the Vibrance strength so you can give more boost to certain colors over others

    Graphics quality must be Ultra and HBAO+High or HBAO+Low for better performance
    Display: textures should be High and temporal SMAA
    I use a brightness calibration of 20 and it looks good

    Guys !!! After some tweaking and comparing I have determined that you MUST NOT use the Ultra textures or any other texture pack with my mod. Other texture packs will degrade the quality and Ultra and High quality textures have no visual difference in my mod, never the less performance is smooth on high textures.

    for better fps us hbao+low and
    disable these 2 things in gamerprofile
    AlphaToCoverage="0"
    SuperSampling="1"

    Increas brightness in game if too dark
    Colorgrading will not be changed

    Just tried out your mod too. You sir, have got my attention :)

    A note about textures - I've tried in game set to ultra and high. They do look better at ultra. The roads and walls in particular have much better definition. The stutter at this setting is 'ok' but not great.

    With textures at high - my word - smooooooth as butter and almost zero stutter!!! :)

    It definitely does look the same (texture wise) as high textures in the vanilla game though. Could you explain how it's like 'low ultra'?

    Assume the texture files are 1920 in resolution and the game engine outputs different sizes to adjust visual fidelity. In high the game uses 1024 and in ultra 1920 I adjusted texture polls so the engine uses 1536. This is just an example. Get it.

    That makes sense. Good work though, keep it up.

    Nailing the textures to be as good as they can be, along with smooooth stutter free performance is my ideal.

    @Lunayah

    Hey bro, did you include the Ubi Patch?
    And TheWorse found a file which can control debris and smoke, but it is all binhex data. Do you know how to read it?

    Thanks man!

    yet another one, it slowly becomes ridiculous especially seen how limited the whole modding still is, though Ubisoft should really react or they gonna lose a major opportunity here community wise for their future, i hope they aren't blind :)

    and the really biggest problem we never gonna have a objective compare with vanilla as it seems no one really wants that but some hyper tweaked sweetfx crap results :)

    @toy teen

    are you blind cant you see that this is totally wrong rendered, and that you do extremely bad to the original engine output this way ?

    and that your results will fall apart in all kind of lighting conditions as well and you only snagging situations that look good ?

    Gameplay reality looks way different from much everyone here tries to put the modifications of the render settings in context especially those that combine them with their sweetfx setups which mostly destroy the HDR part of the Engine :(
