I tried this and its really nice and i say what everybody else does, you should lower the dof or make it dynamic also i've noticed that the lights inside the metro are too bright at first but after 2-3 secs if i get on board the brightness disappears and the cars headlights are flickering sometimes and if i shoot to certain points the bullet impact is much bigger black hole but not always. If you manage to do the E3 gas station explosion too you will be a hero and this mod will be the best

 

Quick someone tell me how to change how fast time goes.

 

Is setting Shadows to Ultra but not High, breaking your mod?

 

is there a way to enable bullet trail? like in E3 2012

 

It not because he has a lot of stuff added. It's some of the settings inside the patch, not the actual graphics or wind, trees or anything like that. I reworked his mod to have the same performance as The Worse which runs super good for me. I spent hours and hours yesterday modifying kadz, getting it to perform good while keeping the weather, headlights and all that good stuff. Now that kadz has a new version out. I will most likely do the same thing to it and smooth it out for high-ultra settings.

I love how it's always windy now. It adds immensely to the atmosphere.

Open your gamerprofile.xml with notepad and count nine lines down. You will see this.

<GameProfile Sensitivity="0.9" MouseLookSensitivityX="50"

Add TimeScale = "30" to the line so it looks like this
<GameProfile TimeScale = "30" Sensitivity="0.9" MouseLookSensitivityX="50"

Close/save file. Now make your gamerprofile.xml read only.

my feedback about v5beta3 is ... WOW!

almoust no suttering on all ultra in a gtx770 getting 25/35 fps in motion 40+standstill,
i had very good results on high/ultra mix 40/50fps
...also got a few fps drops to single digits, when turn off DOF and Blur got better results and the fps drop was not so high...
..also detected a new bug with the cars, when you spin the tires you get some black stuff with the smoke, i tryed many configs and it was allways there when i was doing some donuts... hummm donuts!
...some reflexions on the buildings windows up close are a bit ugly for my taste, the reflexions on cars are great... i did drive a SUV just for that big window in the back and enjoy those nice reflexions in the car windows ...
...besides the ocasional flickering and some headlights flikering .. on the first test i did i can say for sure your mod is the best!

BTW ... 1ST SETTING I DID PERSONALISE WAS TURN DOF OFF, after a few minuts XD

 

shadow flickering by day, headlight flickering by night! that's what i keep getting on my end, hope the next MOD fixes this.

Hey Kad, don't know if ththis is has to be with the mod but it didn't happenned before, it's from mod 5 beta2, I'm downloading the beta test 3 right now so I'll see if this is fixed

OMG! This looks stunning! It has only one drawback, if you only have 2GB of Vram, be ready for stutter. After a few minutes of flawless gameplay (Everything on Ultra including textures and 2x TXAA) my Vram gets full and my PC can't handle it. Strange thing is, if I set shadows to Ultra instead of High, it runs better!? Can you shed some light into this Kadzait? Shadows on ultra (through the ingame menu), gives better performance with everything maxed out? Does it de-activate something? Or is my PC crazy? (i7 4770K + 16GB Ram + MSI Twin Frozr Geforce GTX 770 2GB Gaming Edition).

One extra info, I downgraded from version 1.3 of the game to 1.01!
(Replaced Disrupt_b64.dll and Watch_Dogs.exe with the ones from the Retail copy of the game. Works wonders, just had to set uplay to offline afterwards)
