    LOD means Level Of Detail. It's how far or close detail will be added/removed from the world.

    go to TheWorse Mod 0.8 + MalDo Config Tool v1\WDT_Data\Mod_Selection
    and right click on Gibbed.Disrupt.Pack.exe and properties under the window there is a option to unblock, unblock it and ok and try again there will be a cmd window give a minute it will take a while to create the patch files and when it closed you are done

    i already tried it and im missing few options such as wind + jacket waves are gone and trees are like pfff they are dancing -_-
    hope this helps

    That process is not necessary. Regular textures are in that resolution range, if you want ultra textures to be in 1K range, you only have to rename regular textures as higher res versions.

    @TheWorse, have you changed the name of any folder into the _textures one? People saying there is aliasing in brick walls don't make sense for me.

    @TheWorse:

    Can't send you a pm because i only wrote 1 post (now 2) :grin:

    I uploaded some screenshots that show the darkness problem with v 0.8:

    imgur.com/a/AJNpM

    no sweetfx, brightness in-game at default (50)

    (tried brighness at max (100), doesnt help much)

    Gernerally its very dark in areas without street lights and in the online race track "downpour" where a police helicopter follows the leader.

    Really like your mod otherwise btw, thank you! ;)

    I had to stop the upload, there are files from Kadzait24 that can not be shared now I have to reassemble all without its files and then start again from 0 :(

    En gros il veut optimiser le niveau de détail, plus les objets sont éloignés moins ils sont détaillés et du coup moins ils bouffent de ressources. Y a surement moyen d'optimiser sur ce point, surtout avec le flou de distance, comme je l'ai dit avant si c'est tout flou au loin pas besoin d'un niveau de détails élevé.

    For me the "Open File Security Warning" was not DEP, but an IE setting that resolved it. Under IE go to;
    1.Internet Options
    2. Security tab
    3. Click "custom level" for the internet zone.
    4. Go down to the "Miscellaneous" section
    5. Change the option for "Launching applications and unsafe files" to "enable"
    6. Change the option for "Launching programs and files in an IFRAME" to "enable"

    This resolved the issue for me and I was able to apply the mod. I highly recommend after applying the mod changing those IE settings back to where they were (prompt usually).

    Can someone tell me where to copy the SweetFX files, so they inject into the game?
