I want to say it's a bad decision upload a config tool where half the options are not functional because not all needed files are inside.

 

Well U dont have to make it. Just need better explanation in the steps

 

I can't fecking confirm the mod installation, the idiotic UI overlays the confirimation button...

 

I already have a configuration tool that's been around since day 1. Adding this wont be any trouble.

Instructions:

Step 1:
Navigate to where your WatchDogs folder is. Click the address bar as pointed out in the picture and it will be highlighted. Copy it.



Step 2:
Open the config file with Notepad++ and paste the location as pointed out below. Save and the open the WDtool.

 

A look at the file size tells me MalDos fix is missing?

 

Default colorgrading its replaced so if you disable it in the config tool the colors are very blue.

I also know its a bad decision to upload it without some of the files but so many people waiting I can't do anything else.

 

Works fine for me (at least i think so, the patch.dat file seems a bit small though, but meh, who cares when the game is buttersmooth).

 

Yup, it seems it doesn't work at all

 

He made that decision because some people have the game on Steam or Uplay

So he's supporting pirated copies then? All legit installs are in the registry.
