Hey people i've found a fix for the stuttering issue and it's pritty simple just go to graphics quality options menu and turn off motion blur and leave everything else like it was and there you go your game does not stutters any more when you drive or walk ,it was that sucker that was causing the stuttering,well at least for me.I hope i helped cheers.

 

Does anyone know what sweetfx preset TheWorse uses?

 

I dont use motion blur and it still stutters in different areas of the map. so no this is not the solution

Yes it is a solution i have my frames locked to 30 with radeon pro on 1080p resolution and previously before i disable motion blur the stuttering and the frame rate drops where awful now the game stays on 30 fps no matter how fast i drive or whatever i do.So it is a fix you just need to lock the frames at a point where you think that there will be no frame rate drops for me it was 30 for you maybe 40 will work i dont know.

There are far more interesting things modders could be doing for this game. Stuff that matters 99% of the time. Instead of the rare instance where you see an explosion for 2 seconds...

 

Yes, like getting rid of the flashing white highlights on hackable objects. I've looked through all the files and can't make heads or tails of where that could be changed.

That was the first thing i did on till i discovered a much better way getting even more fps and as smooth as butter...


man you have a similar system to me and if you follow my guide few pages back your game won't drop below 40 fps

 

0.8v is ready but we are waiting for Maldo to create the install software so we may choose between DoF's, bloom types and so on, upon install.
