But steam is linked with Uplay. So If I do, it'll be the same crap and I'm on Uplay only. Did you even tried it on your game ?

Too bad that Steam which is usually a good place to get a game like this does not have an easy method or even in the case of WD any method at all to downgrade from the patch. Thankfully I had backed up the game sans the 1.03 patch before even using any mods, but the only way I could use the backup was by looking for an unofficial method.

This works but I fear that this unofficial method could have issues of its own as running Kadzait24's WIP 5.0 BETA on this backed up version without the 1.03 patch. Has produced very low performance. Running everything in Ultra besides shadows with no AA on gave me about 22-27 FPS on average with a lot of stuttering. Likewise running it on all High netted me an FPS of about 29 - 37 on average with similar stuttering.

With ultra I attempted to lower reflections to high also and even level of detail but this produced negligible results.

Vanilla with Day 1 patch runs at about 45-55 average FPS on High and Ultra 39-49 FPS. Both of which have very minimal stuttering.

I am using the ASUS 660 Ti 2 GB Twin Fans on the newest Beta Drivers from NVIDIA. As a side note I can run Titanfall at almost highest settings sans a few AA options, etc. With a locked 60 FPS.

EDIT: I also really don't like Motion blur in most games so I always have it off in my tests. With it on, its the same performance but in my opinion looks terrible!

 

I am having the same problem. Can almost maxed out any game i throw at it. But this runs really bad... Turning of AA and and turning down stuff is doing nothing for me

 

As anyone managed to successfully revert the patch 1.3?
I just downloaded the "unofficial" version of this game + day 1 patch, but would really like to keep my legit copy if it would be possible to just revert this damn patch...

 

Ow, too bad, but it's weird tha even with the day one, it's not running as well as on the 1.03. It was designed for it.

Why are you using the word "sans" ? Are you French ?

 

I took two years of french in high school and retained very little from it lol. I am a very unique individual who uses all sorts of words many people probably do not.

My game runs even worse, far worse on 1.03 although at least running as administrator did minimize the stuttering a little. Basically in my case the original vanilla game with the Day 1 patch had very little stuttering or graphical issues. However the 1.03 patch made everything worse.

 

Maybe it's due to your GPU. Does it support Direct X 11.2 ?
