Yes, I mean the files used for the cinematic shadows are inside the dynamiclightprefab, but the problem is that the headlights inside the normal game have a different position and bias, also they are soft too. But I'll see what I can do about that

 

Hey everyone, first post here. Firstly, The Worse, you're awesome. Thank you for the time and effort you are putting in to make the game look perfect.

Is anyone else having extreme stutters using the mod since Ubisoft released the patch?

And in response to the other guys ^

I personally believe the color is very washed out in the normal game, using a sweetfx preset fixed that for me haha. That's just my opinion but.

 

So is everyone just using Vaas' version of this right now? About to try it for the first time. I know someone will say to read the thread, but it's 181 pages long. Just want to use whatever is best and working with the current patch, installing Vaas' now though.


EDIT: Also is there a recommended Sweet FX? I haven't used sweet fx since modding skyrim over a year ago, so I don't know what works best really.

but I want STOCK Dof , I do not like VASS Dof can someone please help me out.

 

I'm re tweaking the shadows, now you'll se that they look bad at start because I need to change the bias. The colors have been changed so now the modern cars have a blue-ish headlight color and the older ones have that orange-ish one.​

this lighting looks good, the black levels look a little bit aggressive but the tone is just fine! im excited!

 

What is stock DoF?? more/less strong DoF?? Plz explain me

Do I need the Uplay patch / should I get it for this mod? I saw someone post a combination if this and Kadtz mod. Is that the way to go?

Could you enable more shadows in game? Like the shadows from the wall lamps.

new cars with xenon headlights looks blue-ish

 

I think I could enable the rest of the shadows and also change the color of the night lighting but its a problem because I would have to test even more to see changes and its not really something I can do now. The files that control the lights at night are unknown so if I don't know the actual name of the file the patch file isn't going to work at all.

 

Hey is it possible to desaturate night? take 20 - 25 % less colors at night. At night colors are much weaker it gets more white/black the darker it gets in real life (in game now it looks too gamey and yellowish)...

If there is a way to alter a file to take away color please tell me

Ever since this update, my game has been all out of whack like it stutters way more then it use to, I own the steam/uplay version. Any help would be great! The game has become unplayable because of this patch. Any fixes?
