Ignore Neogaf. if Durantes Dark Souls DSFix is considered a mod, then so is this.

    One question
Do you claim to have solved the performance issues that some of us are having ? I tried your mod and I see no performance improvements.

Hi pinkribbon, are you the one from gametrailers forums? :p

Yeah ignore neogaf, people over there jump to conclusions in 2 seconds, they change their minds in 3 seconds and start dramas by creating separate threads without solid evidence/ confirmations.

If you provide a normal version with default original DOF when walking and strong bokeh for weapons and phone I´ll be very grateful.

Was basing your mod off kadzait24's work without giving him credits part of your plan?

Thanks for your hard work. Don't listen to the trolls. See how many appreciate it instead!

Playing at 1080p with everything on High I'm getting quite a bit of stuttering and framedrops.

    Asus GeForce GTX 7600 2GB
    Intel Core i5 2500K 3,3GHz
    8GB DDR3 Ram
    Windows 7 64-bit

Either way... If you can, please add options to enable or disable individual settings in the mod. This would allow people with medium-range PCs to benefit from the stuttering fixes etc without having to actually run the E3 bloom, particles and dynamic shadows etc.

The extreme DOF is not something I like. One can see why they took it out. Sure, it looks cool in a short presentation to show off the film like qualities, but I prefer more sharpness to extreme DOF.

Am I the only one to have a glitch with the weapon? I can't put it back in when it's out.
I play with the 360 controller, and I didn't have that problem with the previous release.

    Amazing work TheWorse!!

If you cannot find quality="_runtime in xml...

If you cannot find quality="_runtime in xml...

I was having the same problem, but think I got it fixed. Alter your graphics quality options to low for everything you can. Apply, and exit to desktop. Then go back and check the Gamerprofile xml file, you should now be able to find quality="_runtime in the code. ALSO you will need to change any of the low settings to ultra again except Ambient Occlusion which can only be set to "high" in the xml file and then save. YOU CANNOT rechange the settings in game without restoring the gamerprofile xml back to default.

I'm sure there's an easier way, but this worked for me.

Camera is too far away (not normal distance) and DoF is missing while running.

    I'm waiting for TheWorse version.

My modification is not based on anyones work, only ubisoft's default files.

I don't claim performance improvements, I just EXPERIENCED them. Which doesn't mean It is the same for everyone so If you don't have any peformance improvements and it works "worse" for you, post your specs.

Uploaded the files to mediafire with the fix included, reposted mega upload with the fix included, normal camera dof now Working.
