It's free to obtain until June 3rd, but after June 3rd you still own it and can play it free - it's yours forever

You just have to get the game before then or it will go back to cost price

When you think about it.. it's just EA trying to get more people into Origin.

EA are basically going What games aren't selling that well anymore.. ohh that game, lets give that game away for free.. and of course that will make people go and get the game...

It's quite clever really.

 

Maybe, but if they keep giving away games like Dead Space for free I don't really mind, as long as I'm not forced to install/use some crap besides Origin of course.

 

Bah, their third free game in a row that I already got free from them, shame, though great for anyone who wants a new game & already doesn't have it.

 

Still NOPE! Come to think of it - there isn't a game on Origin that will make me register/install Origin, free or not.

 

Why? Origin is borderline steam stable if not just as good. Battlelog is the one with issues.

 

Well I just don't like EA and their games for that matter. Also I don't like the idea of Origin. It was created just because they wanted to make Steam 2. I don't like my games split between so many platforms too. Steam, PSN and BattleNet is enough, don't need one more.

I honestly downloaded my BF3 when it was out, just for the SP. The rest didn't bother me.

Wasn't worth buying in the end either with only 6 Hrs of Gameplay.

The last Battlefield i bought was Bad Compnay 2, and i quit that pretty early on.

The whole series pretty much died when they cut Mod Support and the ability to host a Server yourself.

Back in the day people played for fun, now it's all about stupid ranks.
