Ive noticed with a lot of games on Win 8.1, if you don't run them as Admin, the changes you make in settings won't stick sometimes

I'm at a dilemma. I can't afford another $100 right now to match the current ram I have to go up to 16GB.. I have 4GB of DDR3 1066 sitting here that works just fine mixed w/ what I have now. The Mushkin can work at the same timings and same voltage as this 1066.. (7-7-7 @ 1.5)

You think overall not just gaming, I would really notice a difference in overall operations? I want more than 8GB to avoid as much paging as possible. But I don't really know off the top of my head if the difference between 1066 and 1600 is going to cripple me anywhere.

Some say you have stutterings and lags due to over-use of VRAM, if you have 2GB of vram and under and you use Ultra settings.

Well, then F* me hardly and call it Brazzers. I have 3GB of vram and the game still stutters on Ultra. I'm done, waiting for patch for game / driver for AMD. Back in my cave... throwing **** in this GOTY wanna-be.

    I agree with you 100%

But saying 'F* me hardly and call it Brazzers' nearly made me choke on my coffee.

People compare Sleeping Dogs and Saints Row 4 to GTA.
It happens. With or without similarities, GTA is the "big name" in open world third person games.
So, any new game that comes out in that genre is going to be compared to it.

Getting annoyed because it is being compared just seems... silly. Comparing the two games doesn't hurt either game, or the opinions of people who enjoy either game.
It's gaming. And, people seem to like to enjoy comparing new releases to recent and old releases in the same vein.

No I read it.. Not much problems

The entire article could be a drinking game based on how many times "stutter" is mentioned and you'd have to be taken to the E.R. afterwards

Thanks for letting me Know Im getting around 150 bucks in a few weeks and Im I was planning on getting a new monitor but I could also get a new case and Cooler right now I have a Stock cooler in the DIYPC Solar-M1-G ATX Mid Tower and It is a decent case but my gpu Tempture is running at around 80C at only 60% on watch dogs

and Maybe Overclocking can fix it but What cpu Cooler do you recommend I can put a H60 in it cause it has a fan outlet at back but IDK if a evo can fit and deffiently not a H100 so If you can recommend me a CPU Cooler and a Case I whould be so happy I whould like a Corsair type of Water cooler but if theres another cooler out there where I can save and still same performance I whould love it not fan of EVO unless its pretty silent

yeah cause the gpus are bottlenecked.
lets see 780ti 6gb sli, or personally titan black on it's own, 16gb ram (can't believe i'm sayin this) and a nice SSD.
*sry i didn't see you posted sli titans, something up there, user problem i imagine, or sli issue.

that's why i said at max settings (for me its max AA and so on) we need 3 way or 4 way titan BE or 2*Titan Z, maybe 295x too

That unfortunately does not mean the issue does not lie in the game itself.
Maybe the day one patch will iron things out.

And maybe...Just maybe Ubisoft could release a patch or two focused on performance improvements but they haven't done a damn thing for Black Flag and God knows this game isn't free of optimization woes.
