I played for about 5 minutes last night - seemed smooth. I was hoping that other people may have noticed an improvement. Anyway I'll probably play for longer over the weekend and see how it goes. (Especially with the bonus buf blizzard are offering for the next week)

That must mean there's no problem then, thank God for that, it's good to know my stuttering is imaginary. I bet it's a great comfort to those with 120/144Hz monitors who have to play with 60fps with VSync enabled as well.
How's fixing control panel vsync going to help with that issue? (Control panel Vsync will lock the FPS to 60?)
Before they broke external VSync in patch 2.01 you could force it higher using Nvidia Inspector, so you can could have 120fps with VSync.
If I'm not mistake you can enable vsync in game and also set the FPS in game(e.g. to 120fps). Or does using NI do something additional/better?
You are mistaken, the in-game VSync caps at 60fps no matter what Hz your monitor is, it's one of the many issues with the in-game VSync option.
Really?? 12 legs?? Man, I usually get about 5 an hour on T3, but since this "100% leg buff" I have gotten diddly squat in the last 2 hours. Not a single leg or set drop. Starting to wonder if they broke the luck spell that had been on my character or something. All my D3 buddies are bugging me to keep playing. I'm like "Why? I'm getting worse drops than on a normal day!" What are everyone else's drops like so far today? More legs than normal or less? Edit : I've since put in another hour and a half. One. Single. Leg. A one handed sword with something about lightning jumping to multiple targets. So.....trash.
Today ive only got 4 legs, and two of those where the same item. Just killed diablo after a reset and didnt drop a leg
