So how i supposed to play this game with Keyboard and mouse with stupid onscreen gamepad promts? My god
Always a gamepad, I've yet to find a 3rd person game that plays better with mouse> (ok maybe something you spend 99% of your time shooting guns would be better)
Really enjoying this, runs really well on my rig and works well with my 360 controller. Like people have said before it feels like more of the same but who's to say that's a bad thing
Imo, if it feels same but with all the standard port features in place, it's a win. No more messing with silly mods, this time around we have all the resolutions we want, higher fps, more settings etc. Not bad.
Same issue. Using Wireless 360 Controller for PC. The characters reacts way too quickly, like he got wheels, not legs. I often end up throwing myself off a cliff, i can't be precise, it's just too fast. Anyway, someone got a SLI profile working ?
Welcome to the souls games. If anything theyve made it significantly easier, if you clear them 10 times they dont respawn again, which is weak, if anything they should spawn more if one fails so much, how else youre supposed to learn how to deal with stuff
Yeah I hate how they've done this, most of the map is completely empty for me now, bar unexplored areas of course. I used to love grinding in DS1 but I guess that isn't possible here
so this is the game that everyone is hyped about? such bad graphics even my gpu is on IDLE when playing this 2009 game which can run on my ipad man these days so many rip off and lazy developers... whatever.. am not waisting anytime with this game, am waiting for witcher,,, i hope they are not lazy as these ripoffs
Then dont play it. It was in every DS Game, so it shouldnt be anything news to you. @Alex13 So if you kill one enemy 10 times it wont respawn anymore? I saw this already at ne enemy and wondered why he issnt there anymore.
Can't believe there's no Cloud support for saves... you think if you choose Steam as the main PC platform to distribute your game Steam Clouds would be mandatory! :bang: Now I have to remember to backup my saves so I don't loose them.
I read the GfWL retail disc key for Dark Soul (I) now works with Steam but when I entered mine I told it was a duplicate key in use on another Steam account. I only have the one Steam account and the game has never been registered on Steam, only GfWL. Anyone know how to get around this? I wanted to add the game to my Steam library before GfWL is taken down in July. Do I have to de-register the GfWL key first or something?
Contact Valve support and see with them, I can't think of anything else that could possibly help. There was a early exploit with a few games where SEGA handed out keys without properly validating the existing one so some people build up quite a number of generic activation keys however Microsoft updated XLive a while later so the keys are more unique and specific to the actual game instead of working with every game so it's not that either since DS was a fairly late Windows LIVE game.
