horrid time for green gpu purchase

    You literally can't go wrong with a 780 classified, or a 780 in general after the price cuts. It's a workhorse and gets it done, and will continue to do so for a long time.

    totally, Ice and i'm getting one this week with rma or not.
    rma is taking it's time, at least I paid with paypal. :(

    Holding off until June time frame to see how the maxwell series is coming along, more then likely the mid-range ones, top dogs are going to be way later afterwards.

    despite of maxwell being released or not, I am still looking at the haswell-e based cpu's, once they are released, time to do a full system upgrade along with monitor, still keeping my enermax psu, that aint going anywhere.

    I hope you are talking about your core clock speeds, because not a single overclock on your regular 780 is gonna make up for the extra cuda cores in the 780Ti

    The TIs are lovely and no-one is saying otherwise, currently top card in the planet imo for price /performance though i'd sooner have titan as that 3gb ain't gonna last long, especially above 1080 with uber AA.
    which is a massive shame, if 780TI 6gb gets the go ahead, look out, but sure ..

    A good overclock on a 780 will have it just slightly faster than a reference 780Ti that is fact.
