Then I can finally try this out and figure out about my willingness to play and pay for this game I mean, in those years of f2p games like TERA, Dota, Neverwinter, etc., paying for MMO with outdated visuals and same game mechanics like every MMO ever released, 50USD +15USD per month...is this a lot?

Edit: Wow, anyone else find the animations a big downgrade from Skyrim?

No melee for me, don't like it much, Skyrim was way better at that.

Ok...i've played already around 4 hours. It's just a 4 hours, but...maybe i don't know something or simply don't get it...but why this game costs 50 bucks + 15 per month?..I really don't see anything in there which can be potentially better then in existing top f2p MMO's. If some1 can explain it 2me I will be appreciated...

 

You and me both, charging $15 a month this day and age for an MMO is dumb imo.

The areas are so instanced off the main grid it plays like a f2p mmo

I thought it was good, but def. not worth the subscription fee, I will pass for now and consider it again when it becomes f2p in 6 months or so. (my prediction)

 

...dunno if i able to play even if it becomes f2p. I mean, I'm a huge fan of "scrolls", but this particular game feels so cheap compared to original singleplayer "scrolls" games. It feels like cheap plastic replica of skyrim with sand and tropical flora and sh@t...I just don't get it...

 

It's decent but does nothing new. You'd have to be mad to pay 15 a month for this. Doesn't Guild Wars 2 offer the same stuff just without the ES tag?

By the way, in Mistral there is a girl singing songs and could swear it's the chick who did that Skyrim song on youtube years back.

 

...yeah, my thoughts exactly. 50 bucks + monthly fee just for ES tag?..whom they want to fool with that kind of poor quality?! fts...imo

PS. Pls, don't give me that "this is still a beta" thing...this game marked for rls on this spring - not much of a time to make a big changes and sh@t...

The game does look very good and runs good, but i agree it plays like a F2P game.

Have to say game is the best i've played. quest system is fun, gathering is fun and can't get any easier than that. skill system, weapons and spells. all are very well done. i'm happy where its at. and an achievement system at the launch of the game? awesome!

 

Enjoying the game a lot but I'm having some weird graphical issues.

I've been enjoying it a bit more now i'm playing a rogue type class with dual-wielding.

 

yeah liked that class 2. also tried an archer and a templar and had fun but game isnt good enough for me to invest in..

maybe it does get better later on and pvp looks fun but i'd rather wait and see how it's received and maybe it will go ftp within a yr.

am guessing it will be ftp within a yr.

 

The current build has those issues, next build is supposed to fix that.
