Well, it looks like we all gave it a good go and AMD has failed. I guess the only logical sense is to switch to Nvidia. I mean how long is everyone just going to eat these lies from AMD? They promised Mantle. They said 20%-40% performance increase. No one is seeing anything like that at all. It made it worse if anything. Stuttering-crashing. Something else they have to fix. If you think AMD is good after this whole mantle thing you are nuts.

    HAHAHahahah.a..h...a?

His system is by FAR the system to have the biggest boost in FPS, given that his 290 CF is crazily bottlenecked by even the fastest CPUs in BF4 MP, especially when aiming for 120FPS. So...no. It is.

You're nuts and screws if you think Mantle has failed. It's succeeding in front of my very eyes, and I'm getting more than "20-40%" boost. 1-0, bye.

    Edit: Never mind.

Where is the Thief profile? I don't see it in Catalyst.

I am disappointed about the vsync issue with 290x CF but man !!!

BF4 is so smooth with Mantle !! I am impressed !!

Seriously, thats is about the most blatant trolling ive seen in here in a while.

You'd think they would at least change their system stats before doing this.

Not the sharpest knives in the drawer.....

Very nice to see that after 2 years I can just install a new driver over the older and everything is smooth...

Wasn't the case on my old Radeon 5670! :)

Everything else besides the v-sync issue is working great indeed!
All the left eyefinity/fov issues on 4K mst screens ingame are fixed, that deserves a big compliment. It seems the blackscreening is also a thing of the past, but I want to confirm that after a days hopefully.

Now if I gonna get rid of that tearing I can finally play.

BF4 does not have anymore stuttering using mantle! Performance is up to par with this release. 14.1 was complete crap compared to these! Will be testing BF4 some more....I only played for about 30 minutes lol

So are the DirectX issues from 14.1 beta are sorted out? DirectX was quite.... unusable in 14.1.....

I'm not too sure why I'm interested in this right now. I have no games to test this with, and my hardware probably can't take full advantage of it. I guess it's neat to tinker with until it becomes more wide-spread. :hatty:

Limit the fps... I know it is not the best solution but at least try it.

    @rich_guy

no sticky clocks for me on this one.

Might try an additional DDU and see if it clears up.
