I've yet to go home and check if somethings wrong, we'll see though but I don't think so. Never had any real issues apart from the crashing.

Assuming for Edit #1, all you did was run the .exe that's in the install folder? Seen a lot of people in-game complaining they still couldn't spawn after doing so, and i informed them that all that program does is verify the installation and test its functionality.

anxious_f0x: i'm hoping you actually used the PunkBuster Update utility (pbsetup.exe... which can be downloaded from the Punkbuster website), and not pbsvc.exe that's in the install folder. If you did the latter.... see above.

I will still buy BF5 when its released if im honest. I will also ask for a refund if it sucks. Still its along way off yet and i would have thought DICE would have learnt from the BF4 release, i cant see them releasing a BF game like this again after the Fiasco 4 was/is.
