GTA V Coming to PC Early Next Year

Never ending story it is, 'multiple industry sources' :sleep:. Nothing is official until Rockstar says its so.

 

It will eventually come out for PC, though I doubt it will be as early as 1st quarter 2014. I would love to be wrong though.

 

Yeah where is Mantle? For some reason with gaming subjects, you tend to add a few months to each early announcement in order for it to be on time.

first off, grand theft auto originated on pc platform, ofcourse they are going to release it for pc, if they don't they that just goes to show they don't care about the 1% of gamers who are enthusiasts an wanna play true nex gen games,, not new games on consoles 10 years old all because they wanna make more money, in my opinion, they should have mad consoles wait, an pc a priority.. PERIOD

 

It's going to come out for pc because it has been this way since GTA 3. console first then pc.

The only time I was legitimately was worried, was with GTA IV because of the hot coffee incident in SA. which would be something they could have used
As an excuse to not release the game for pc or at least make it not mod friendly. and guess what? even after that Hot Coffee incident, they still
Made GTA IV mod friendly. so I still don't get people who worry it won't come out on pc.

Amusingly, for me, this would have been a first day purchase for me if it was released alongside the console.

Now I'm totally happy to wait till a sale in a year or so.

Saving this game for the PC was the right thing to do, the best experience first time around.

 

If it doesn't run like the fourth game, cool.

 

So true, I tried to play it on Xbox but using a controller just plain blows compared to keyboard and mouse.

Definitely going to be worth the wait imho.

 

The faster it comes to PC, the more problems on release day. I'm sure we're used to that by now.

 

Maybe we will find out through a Steam sale like Metal Gear Rising

 

If it is ported properly (if there is such a term!), it will hopefully perform a lot better than GTA IV.

 

And the fact it is locked to 30fps and lags from time to time.

 

Any info of what requirements might be?

you mean GTA5 V.2 yeah?
cause that's what we be getting, we've all seen gta5 MP on the consoles, we've all seen the textures in SP on consoles.

apparently not if you look at pc and ps4 side by side its more like V.001

not including hours of driver issues you'll have trying to make the game run half way playable but if thats what your into no one will stop you or care...
