Since upgrading to 331.82 I've been seeing blocky textures on various maps in Battlefield 4, it's particularly noticeable from the air but sometimes it's so bad practically all of the terrain is affected (screenshot below). Currently running 331.93 with the same problems.

Ground clutter is only showing within a very small area, as I walk forward I can watch it appearing ahead of me.

Any ideas what the cause might be?

yeah I got this too, there is a solution for shadow flicker on SLI, but it helped me with my single 660 to this problem (happens a lot on this map and hainan)... go to NV inspector, in the last section on BF4, change the "3" in the first value (something like 0x00000003) to 1, should be like 0x00000001.

Thanks! - at first glance that seems to have solved it. Will post back if I discover otherwise :)

i also have this here. Its the game, not ur hardware..
it happens from time to time, i think when u start in teh air before all textures are loaded, etc etc.. if it happens, just reload teh map/change map, etc. it will be gone afterwards..its also disscused in teh Battlelog froums.

I have question for any that know . In the bottom section "undefined" those highlighted entree's are they from Nvidia or from author of NV inspector ?

Note have not changed a thing, just open and looked at profiles . Also it looks like it doesn't see values I altered in NV control panel for various game profiles .

So I assume anything here that you change will overwrite in NVcontrol panel profiles ?

Edit: It is seeing values i set in Nvcontrol panel now . first time I ran it it didn't for some reason .

From Nvidia, it is value for Stereo(A.K.A. 3D Vision) and other thing that Nvidia Inspector don't record/support

I think i see a bug in antialising Gama correction global default should be on but in NVinspector its off and if i put on , nothing changes in NVcontrol panel ,stays same on , weird .

I just checked, as it is gray, then it is a outdated "default" config that also record by Nvidia Inspector a long time ago, then it(default setting) get changed by Nvidia after Nvidia Inspector recorded it.

So yup, a bug for Nvidia Inspector as it don't update the default config for that setting, you can report it to the dev.:)

Yes, it was not highlighted but said off is default (which is wrong by NV control panel) .
I did set it on but now maybe best just leave it, as I think anything not highlighted doesn't produce a setting ,as relys on defaults .

BenYeeHua: you wouldn't happen to know reg key these setting/values goes into ?

    Which one?
If you means Nvidia control panel, it don't save to registry.
It is saved into a file, which is at C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\Drs\nvdrsdb.bin
    :)

Ah , no wonder i couldn't find it , yes NV control profiles .
I assume NV inspector edits same files .
Just trying to figure out how it works .
