Yes my 2600K is at stock clocks. I run BF4 at the highest possible settings @ 1920 x 1080 and get about 100fps.

I know what you mean, I have mine at 4.7GHz but it doesnt run at that freq. all the time or max voltage 1.28v (adaptive offset voltage).

Usually idles 800-1200mhz at low volts @ Windows balanced power plan. It uses max power only if really needed, so im not shortening its lifespan much, unless I switch to Windows high performance power plan. ^^

Congrats for the new cards. I hope you're running a 120Hz monitor?

No it won't. Turn up resolution scaling and watch that slideshow.

hey, i know it's been asked already but i wanted to make sure, i want to buy 2 r9 290, on a pci 2.0X8X8. will there be a significant fps loss?

is it better to buy 2 280x because of the pci-e?

    I'd appreciate ur answer

If there is no significant loss with two 290X's, there will be even less loss with two 290's. :)

So I got a problem with my two 290X's that I don't seem to get rid off with newer drivers.

My screen flickers like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XMf8tSZplbg

This happens in BF4 and Project CARS and is only visible when CrossFireX is enabled.
