How's the single player in this game? The various trailers and whatnot look really exciting with lots of action and spectacular set-pieces a la Call of Duty (but, obviously, better because it's Battlefield!).
those benchmarks.... compare my card I get higher then 28fps on ultra for average at 1080p with 4xmsaa/hbao
Anyone playing BF4 multiplayer with a 770 in here ? I'm getting the game today, just curious on the performance/res/quality possible with that card.
Still won't make you any better at the game. It already runs good @1080p. More than enough for Battlefield 3.1.
Simply put, it's serviceable but Dice could still improve a lot when it comes to their singleplayer implementation in Battlefield. (It certainly looks good though, they have done good work with their game engine.)
I have an older cpu than you and i get no stuttering whatsoever, I leave HT-on 24/7. I would say it has something to do with windows 7 because i had stutter in the beta on windows 7.
I would enjoy the game a lot more if the servers didn't keep crashing and rubberbanding. getting like 70-80 fps on ultra. Singleplayer is pretty but so bland, wish they used those resources on more maps.
I find it odd the critics complain about BF4's singleplayer when it is identical to Call of Duty's singleplayer. They never mention the same issues when they review COD games.
It isn't, really. If you don't like "action movies", fine. Then they're the same. If you do like them, one is "The Expendables" and one's actually quite enjoyable.
Wierd MP crash... game goes to windowed mode, plays for a few seconds and freezes. Anyone else having this?
