Try going to the c:\program files (x86)\ Raptr folder and run the uninstall.exe to get rid of it.

Good drivers, except MKV video playback is broken for some reason. Nothing but a black screen, AVI and other formats okay. Happens in WMP and VLC. Only change is going from V6 to V7. First time in a long time (for me)something broke.

Btw, I uninstalled from CP, ran a driver cleaner in safemode and installed new. Weirdness.

Just checked. Installed MPC-HC, works fine. Re-installed VLC, still broken. WTF?

I just tested this and I couldn't reproduce it. Running 13.11 Beta 7 on 7970m and VLC 2.08. Several MKV videos played perfectly fine.

Can anyone confirm that the stuttering in bf4 is when you move the mouse only ? using wasd keys or a controller everything is smooth with vsync on, but if I move the mouse it feels like I have 20 fps.. temporary fix I found is to use the command in the console "GameTime.MaxVariableFps 60" and the turning off vsync and then on again..

This is on windows 8.1 pro with both this and previous drivers on two 7950 cards

Using 290x temps all the time 90-29 FPS on ultra setting 70+
Installed those hoping they fix cards memory clock jumping from 600 to 5000 all the time while looking at websites NOPE :(

Raptr App is included in 13.11 Beta v6 and now also in v7...

Thank you very much - you helped me alot - I cleaned my registry ("raptr" entries) and now I can properly uncheck AMD Gaming Evolved App in Catalyst installer!

@Plug2k - get the hell out of my sight with your dumb advices...

me too with 8.1 but not played BF4 yet... but did you try this? :
Windows 8.1 May Cause Mouse Lag in Some Games

'For now, a way to possibly fix the mouse issue is to right-click on the EXE of the game in question, go to Properties, go to the Compatibility tab, and check "run this program in compatibility mode for" and select "Windows 8." Also check "disable scaling of high DPI settings" and check "run this program as an administrator." This method may or may not solve the problem.'

Could you please test if performance increases just by disabling "frame pacing" option from CCC???...I have a problem when vsync and frame pacing are enabled at the same time with ALL 13.11bX drivers...brutal performance loss due to a brutal GPUs usage drop...not in every game anyway (bf3, crysis3, bf4 etc. not)

EDIT: I also get a big performance problems in bf4 single player...stutters like hell when vsync enabled and fps drops badly even with a good gpu usage...also detected serious problems in the game with shadows as they seem to appear and disappear when you come close to them several times...maybe a game bug but is very ugly

BF4 has raw mouse support which isn't affected by the Windows 8.1 polling limit.

Can anyone help me with the following problem.

I have an AMD 6870 XFX Dual Fan 1 gb.
Any driver above 13.4 gives me a mouse stutter on the desktop when loading a webpage, loading a program etc etc(maybe switch between pointer en load pointer?)

With 13.4 i got no problems @ all. Tried some other drivers 13.9 WHQL etc. don't work.

Now with this driver i get the same problems.

Note: I got a 24" monitor connected and a TV both on 1920x1080 in Clone mode. For as far as i know the stutter is gone when only using one screen..

    Any ideas?
