Your resolution is odd for a laptop. Are you using multimonitor? Try disabling the second one if so. Could be a bug.

 

Yeah I checked the photos. I don't think they are edited so I guess they seems legit.

Also he's using the notebook drivers I assume from his specs. But whats with all the other NVCP options that are missing? Is that normal for NV laptop drivers?

Thunderbolt8 G-Sync requires a hardware pcb board so of course its a bug.

You could re-install the 331.58 drivers and select "Clean Install". Reboot and lets us know if it persists.

 

I did that with the previous beta drivers I had (DDU + clean install ticked with new drivers)

edit: yes 2nd screen is 1280x1024

I've just tried it with BF3 and got tearing with EVGA PrecisionX 60 frame Limiter + Vsync, also tried it with D3Doverrider, still tearing. I was about to take the driver off as I mostly use Vsync+Limiter in my games but since you mentioned Afterburner I'll give that a try.

Before a certain someone rants about them being old. - clearly they havent dropped support, since they still boast performance increases.

Has anybody else noticed these drivers seem to give a lower score in
the Windows 7 Experience Index then the previous drivers?

I have always got a 7.9 score for the desktop performance for windows
aero and 3d business and gaming graphics performance with my GTX 580
but with these drivers I now score a 7.8 on them.

I also did the Windows 7 Experience Index test a few times
but still get the same score.

 

Still freeze my gtx460... back to 314.22 again... :3eyes:

 

Shadow Warrior SLI profile is broken. Performance drops to half with mirrors enabled.

Not sure if its the same SLI bit that Nvidia use in this driver. Not checked.

 

my 460 doesn't freeze anymore actually, hasnt for the last couple of betas either. Im using windows 8.1 and have uninstalled ie, using only chrome.

 

It's not the same sli bits used by Nvidia. The default profile is pretty smooth in areas that don't have mirror surfaces.

 

Just did a check with Afterburners frame limiter + Vsync and it does work, but only after I installed the drivers again as it didn't the first time.
Will give PrecisionX a go later on and see if it works with it now.

 

Yup, it is called MMO(Massively multiplayer online game):thumbup:

Except Warframe, which only has 4 player and 10-50 enemy.
They are getting multi-rendering going, as they need to going to the PS4, which only get many core, so it will be solved in the future.

Anyways, there are also many other Online game getting CPU bound, and I don't think this issues will be solved in the future, as they really don't get on the multi-core Console, which might only getting 15FPS on next-gen Console and forcing them to optimize.

Not like there's a lot out that supports it, however I don't know why it only says "Supports OpenGL 4.3 for GeForce 400-series and later GPUs."

This supports OpenGL 4.4, as did the last beta driver, 331.40.

exactly!, I have win 8.1 pro x64 rtm full updated and it shows only 11.1 .. where is 11.2? Isnt it released yet?!
