Similar to the way most would disregard noobs that have yet to learn what a paragraph is.

I was the god of HL2 DM :)

Same as people that criticize syntax and often call it grammar because they have no input on a subject as they lack the ability to say anything original about it.......

Oh no they have detected someone with balls which displays a lack of conformist altruistic disease. Lets all attack him until he capitulates and plays BMG Pain Olympics with us.......

guys whats up with the new G-SYNC vertical sync option which is set as default now? is it recommended to use this now for games over the normal "application controlled" setting?

    (I play dota 2, win7 64-bit)

Yep, for those particular games fair enough, I agree with you. :) Most games are GPU bound though, but there are exceptions.

what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Must be just DX11 then, no improvement for me on that one in DX9. Or maybe they've improved the sli profile.

Tested this vs the Quadro 331.47. No performance increase or decrease. Exact same performance. With margin of error ofc.

Tested with Valley, Heaven, 3DMark11/3DMark, Far Cry 3 and Crysis 3.

Overall I can swear I saw a couple fps increase in FC3 but the results where the same. I mean in the beginning of the test 331.47 were around 84fps and the 331.58 were 86fps.

It might be placebo. Overall they felt better when I was running the benchmarks and the games. That's what I felt and noticed.

    Keepers so far.

Where is it? In my control panel it's normal Vsync set at use application default. There are the usual on, off, adaptive, and adaptive (half) options too.

    He's either trolling or got a pre-released ASUS VG248QE. :D

Mind taking a screenshot of the option with Print-Screen? Save it in Paint and upload it to either imgur, photobucker or postimage etc.

It will take only 1-2 minutes including the upload and the posting. ;)

Do a fresh install. Something has gone wrong if the adaptive setting is missing. uninstall the driver and all previous drivers until you end up with the standard vga driver and then install this.

It does have DX11.2. DirectX is released separately only as a upgrade feature for older OS (Vista received DX11 this way).
What is his screenshot showing is HW DX level, not software. Even Dxdiag won't show incremental versions. You can read about it here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/179113

Nvidia Experience says change: Dishonored Texture Detail High to Medium.

Medium is better? Best visual? (SLI 580)

    ThankĀ“s

Interesting. I thought we were stuck with some neutered version of 11.1 :p
