agreed, people are going the be very disappointed.

Particularly single card users, and xfire people with no issues to begin with.

Wasn't single card issues fixed months ago? Games these days are smooth as butter.

going to do a clean install with these and use atiman uninstaller as I am getting some very weird GPU usage in Afterburner beta 11. Not got any bitcoin miner running or any suspect things running on my PC. Afterburner reports idling of 3-5% and sometimes its 25-70%! Temps are NOT effected and neither is the GPU or Memory clocks so I think it could be afterburner thats the problem but I am going to give a clean install a try anyway to make sure.

Do you use Vsync? if you do that is why your not experiencing any problems then. Using Vsync more or less eliminates frame pacing issues. Frame pacing is when both GPU's are told by the hardware or driver to just render as fast as possible and they end up going out of sync in certain games and engines. Check out the Crysis 3 video on youtube which shows an older driver and then a newer build with the frame pacing fix and the latter is much much smoother. This video was out over a month ago now so with the time its taken them to get it out the final driver should be even better.

Looks like their download page has buggered up :p

When you click on any of the OS driver download links, you just get a pop-up box saying, coda slider code, and you can click ok, well you do in ff. :D

Yeah I seen this video, looks nice but it is slow mo because showing at normal speed would make it difficult to spot the difference. As I said any improvement is welcome, just don't get hopes too high.

No I don't use v-sync, I use Radeon pro dynamic.

Anything capping the frame rate will even out stutters.

Frame-pacing driver has been delayed according to Hilbert, but only by 1 day (so far), so 1st August is now the new date, but as i say, don't get yer hopes up, as they can delay it the day before release, like they've just done, so see what happens tomorrow.

On what basis? Could you back that statement?

Not being confrontational -- just honestly curious.

Because there wont be any noticable difference to those people.

People are expecting some mircale driver, it aint gonna happen.

this driver acted weird on my system, my 2nd gpu was on 99% all the time, even on desktop idling...reinstalled b2 until our new super-duper uber driver comes out :)

driver is great for the most part, I installed Bad Company 2 last night to play with a friend and after 10 minutes it hard locked my system with boot loop 3 times in a row....BF3 and everything else plays just fine. Kinda sucks.

I'd like to know the answer as well, since I've had terrible results and problems with all 13.6betas on a Windows 7 Asus switchable graphics 6650m+6520g laptop. 13.4whql was the last to work for me. These old llano amd configurations are becoming dated so it's getting harder to find feedback on these now.
I've recently heard that windows 8 on my laptop allows latest drivers to work properly but I prefer win 7 on my laptop--if I want driver support then I might have to make the windows upgrade down the road.

I have (7660G + 7670M) without any issue. Installed just fine on Windows 8.1 Preview.

Hmm, so I just installed these drivers on 8.1 RTM, and neither Switchable Graphics nor PowerPlay settings worked. Rebooted, and they worked, so that's cool I guess :)

These are the latest drivers from AMD that work on 8.1.

Tip: Reboot after installing graphics drivers even if not prompted
