I think I might have to pre-order this one... something I have only done 4x before. I'm very picky with my money, but I like supporting companies that are trying to do things right.

 

Looks clean as ****. As long as it doesn't feature an horrible bloom, we're set!

 

Looks far too "clean" to me as i hate that look, makes the game look old and dated and more like Witcher 2.5.

Still looking forward to the game as i love the series, but visually it's disappointing.

 

You ware always...special.

 

I was always honest, anyone who thinks this is a huge jump visually from Witcher 2 is not being totally truthful.

 

Yeah, feels like a step forward instead of a leap. Hopefully this means the hardware requirements will be scalable for lower end PCs.

 

or perhaps its because they never got to experience the witcher franchise until to late in its and the current console's life cycle. You snooze you loose.

 

If this game turns out to be as amazing as we hope it to be - BUY it, don't pirate it. These boys truly deserve our money.

Witcher 2 wasnt friendly with lower end PC's so i would not expect this one to be.

Definitely upgrade is needed.

 

I dunno, it worked fine for me. The DoF effects were leaky turning them off and not being stupid enough to try Ubersampling was enough to run it on my old PC just fine.

And yes an upgrade is definitely needed.

 

Witcher 3 has 80 unique monsters throughout the world, with each having unique clues to leading to them.

I assume they are referring to the boss ones.

Looks like GPU PhysX is now confirmed, also has a small demonstration on animal fur.

Nooo, I hate this proprietary technique crap.

 

Very nice, and there was me thinking i had made my mind about switching back to AMD.

The fur demo is pretty impressive, but i'm always skeptical of the performance penalty of features like this when it's demo'd that way.

 

More tessellation for us? F it .. I'm getting a second 780 and go all the heck in

 

this guy's armor could use some of this fancy fur
