    To begin I want to say thank you for your work on improving SweetFX, I use your version in Call of Juarez Gunslinger because of your awesome film grain filter. :thumbup:

    I wanted to test it in Call of Duty Black Ops II and unfortunately your injector doesn't seem to work well with it... The game starts but all it displays is a black screen and only the game mouse cursor is visible. The log file reports no error :

    I tried to deactivate all effects but I always end up with this display issue. Is there something I can do on my side or is it really a compatibility problem of your injector ?

    May I ask why? I get that it would be easier to DL the latest version this way but it's pointless seeing as they are the same suite just with different injection methods and his has 64bit support. Having two separate topics of the same suite is redundant and unnecessary, plus I think I recall talk of his injector becoming default when it's ready but I can't be sure.

    Because as it stands now, it is different and when trying to follow this thread mixing in discussion between programs can be confusing for us laymen's and having to sift through pages of info just to see if an update has been made is tedious and time consuming. I'd be fine updating the OP with a Boulotaur section.

    other stuff..im sure its gonna be in 1.5

    Does anybody know if SweetFX works with "The Swapper"? Love this game...remembers me on Limbo and some Prometheus visuals. Can't make it work...

    is it directx 9 ? i don't see it in the requirments so perhaps it's opengl
    look in the folder game sometimes there is a redist folder with the install for dx9

    Gta IV just straight crashes to desktop with Swfx_Injector_20130601
    Using it with radeonpro integration gives very weird effects and turns on options I have not choosen...

    0838 update is NOT installed in win7. Should i install it or still avoid it ?

    As it stands now the injection is different and Boulotaur's has 64bit, both of them have the same shaders with a few new in Boulotaur's and the name is the same. The reason why it doesn't need it's own thread is because it is still under the name SweetFX in which this IS the discussion for and they are basically the same aside from their differences. The thread is only confusing when people with issues don't state which injection method they use and at the moment there are 3, CeeJay's, RadeonPro's and Boulotaur's. While I agree it's tedious and time consuming to find his post at first, you can easily bookmark it once found and also agree it should be added to the OP but that is up to CeeJay.

    For the convenience of users who want Boulotaur's injector I'll add the link to his main post here and every time I post here when it's a new page and it has not been linked prior. :p By the way signatures are not enabled on the site so he couldn't put a link there even if he wanted to.

    yes, it's DX9...but Boulotaur tried it, too...and it seems that the game is bypassing the SweetFX dx files and loading the system ones directly. So bad luck...but it's okay...looks good without SwetFX though.

    So I'm trying the new injector by Boulotaur, never used any before.

    I'm trying to implement it in my AC3 but apparently doesn't want to accept config file with different name.

    This is from my SweetFX_preset.txt
    This is the name of my config file

    And this is my log file
    Game CTD and displayed this, seems it's not accepting the different name of config file?

    So for the timebeing I changed name to SweetFX_Settings.txt and now I get this:

    Okay, fixed the 2nd issue, apparently B's injector needs the config to state all the settings in 0 and 1. I just deleted the ones I didn't use in original SweetFX.

    I bet its something you can do with vibrance and other stuff already implemented.

    TVLevels : Adjusts the brightness/darkness of the scene with a straight line instead of a curve.
