Grand Theft Auto 5 Thread

The PC version has been listed once again this time on emag.ro. The interesting thing is it states a release date of 31st of December 2013...

Date is obviously a place Holder and should simply be ignored.

But lets face it. A PC version is and was always coming.

 

Yeah it's definitely coming, question is if it's still gonna take months after the console version for the PC to be released.

 

I don't think it will this time. Not to the same degree as GTA 4 any how. I think a PC version will release at pretty much the same time. Maybe late October, early November at the latest

 

I doubt it will come out for PC any earlier than spring 2014 but I would be happy to be wrong!

 

If they are working on a next generation port, definitely will be on PC shortly after release

 

well its always been about 6 months or so after the release of console versions...

 

My guess is they will work on the next gen version after September and that PC will get the same version. So Spring 2014 sounds about right to me.

 

Nevertheless still along time for me to be even thinking about it.

 

It looks pretty good. I'm looking forward to GTV but not the D/L. Probably be hell to install and take about 6 months to download on our degraded copper phone lines.

Man I love old folks working in government who ask what the heck anyone would want a download speed faster than 64KB/s for, and upload speeds, isn't 25KB/s enough for uploading beautiful 75x25 resolution videos for all your enjoyment.

At least steam pre-purchase helps while we wait for 2025 when we can download games and movies in less than 2-3 days. At least I can just refreeze myself.

 

Buy a disk ?

 

I live in a little country town, the local shop has some games from about 2001. Could buy it online and get it mailed, or by pigeon delivery, that's pretty popular here.

We might live in ****ty countries economicaly wise but at least we have super fast and cheap broadband internet, in the top 10 in the world by most charts. :nerd:

 

Some governments learned that forcing ppl to DL daily p0rn with 5kb/s is gonna make them rage after a while

 

Does anybody have info on whether or not this will have the in-game video editor again?
