I think he means "why play on an 1080p monitor if you have 3-Way SLI Titans" .An 1440p could come in handy here

Not if graphics come first, personally i agree with you though. Game looks fanstastic indeed.

 

I think I'll forever play on a single monitor. If I had 3 titans, I'd still be playing on a 1080p monitor most likely. Being able to play games smoothly at 4K would be fantastic.

A multi-monitor setup would annoy me, and I prefer the image quality of downsampling. That is, until 4K monitors are readily affordable

Since we're expressing opinions, I think Maldo's mod is great, but blackfire is a bit over the top and makes Crysis 2 look silly. I thought it was a fun game though. Just wish they stuck with the suit modes from the first.

 

I am talking about a single 1080p monitor. You can have 8k resolution and still is a 1080p monitor. If I spend 3 thousand dollars in video cards, I would spend good money in a excellent monitor too. You can still downsample in a 27" or 30" monitor. I tried to play in my friend's pc and his monitor looked so small..lol

It is his money and preference. I am not here to tell him or anyone what to buy. I only asked if he had 3 titans and a single 1080p monitor.
