    Hi,
I have strange issue, I dont know if its driver or the AMDs technology.

I have an HD TV connected with HDMI 1.4 to 7970Ghz ED. in Extended Desktop Mode.

When I play a game (such as Tomb Raider) on my HD TV in Extended Monitor mode, the frame rate lags horribly, its almost always half the refresh rate 30FPS with some jumps to 60 FPS.
When I set the TV as Main Monitor i get normal frame rate 60FPS

Im on latest 13.3 Beta driver

    Any Idea?

Not sure if this will help,

but in CCC go to "My Digital Flat Panels" and then select HDTV Support.

Now in here in the bottom box select 1080p60 Standard (1920x1080 @60Hz) click Add. This will be added to the top box.

In the top box select "1080p60 Standard format to the display manager (NTSC)" tick the box and click apply.

Not sure if it will help but it might do. Helped me out in a couple of games that simply did not see my HDTV's resolution and would play at 30fps locked, some where even worse and would play at 24fps locked.
