    ...

No, im saying that people got ripped off, cause they are got what was intended to be a midrange gpu, for the price of a high end gpu.

Says the tard who started a flame thread because he doesnt understand the basics and has a mood about it :)
You flamed nvidia for no reason.

best solution OP is to change out the cpu between the ears as you current cpu is woefully lacking in all areas.

In reality, they did... the only reason they didnt didnt on papir, is cause nvidia changed their plans for the 680 card when they learned of the 7000 series performance levels, and realised they could make a fortune selling midrange gpu (which were still faster than top range 7000 series gpu's at the time) for a premium price.

I did ask you to check the performance reviews.
    Perhaps this will help you.
    http://www.anandtech.com/show/5699/nvidia-geforce-gtx-680-review

You can see in the chart that the GTX560ti has 384 Cuda cores, the GTX680 has 1,536 Cuda cores.
Ya think that might affect performance somewhat?
    Thats not the only improvement.

You have no idea what you are talking about.

Are you nvidia? No. Is anyone here officially representating nvidia? No.

So no, its not a flame thread - at least not with any reference to you, and as such, you should just stfu.

You still dont understand what the hell im saying...

Bus bit, rof units and smx is usually the same across generations, and only variate with models... hence why 480, 580 and titan got the same numbers, while 460, 560 and 680 got the same numbers... cuda cores get increased every generation, regardless of model...

    So damn what.
If the changes they make give a decent performance increase, it matters not at all.
Come back when you have finished school, your maths needs some work.

lol, still cant take the heat.
When you flame NVidia because you are too dim, we can back them up.
    Its our choice not yours.
Something else you havent got a grasp of yet.

It matters, cause they had a much better product at hand, but choosed to cheese the cake for much higher profits, with a lower quality product.

Tell me, in what sense are my math skills lacking? And do quote it.

I'll say it again, check the benchmarks.
The performance increase is very good.
If it wasnt worth the money, it wouldnt sell.

Basic economics isnt your thing either.

You cant count dude, you keep proving it.

"very good" is your subjective opinion.

Its an increase, much like the 460 card was to the 280, but not a dramatic increase.

People tend to buy whatever new tech comes to the market, despite it providing a very small upgrade over the previous model... this is true for both phones and computer gear, amongst many other things... Nvidia knows this, so they go with the product that will earn them the most, rather than giving the best performing product to the consumers. (or well, nvidia did do that now, but at a completely ridiculous price)

Yet again you prove your lack of ability to work with basic mathematic principles and now show that cant read/comprehend basic information.
I've already pointed it out to you that the performance difference is large and if it wasnt enough, they wouldnt sell.
I can quote where I said this if you like :)

Are you having trouble reading the reviews as well?

I'll start on the first page of benchmarks at Anand.
    http://www.anandtech.com/show/5699/nvidia-geforce-gtx-680-review/8
    Metro 2033
    2560x1600 DX11 ...
    GTX560ti 20fps
    GTX680 37fps

    1680x1050 DX10 ...
    GTX560ti 62.5fps
    GTX680 108.5fps

I re-iterate more more if you like?

Dude, its almost every post where you demonstrate how you cant count.
If you really want me to dissect you I will, just ask once more :)
