Ok last patch made somewhat the game more bearable. I dont know if my cpu is helping, or the new nvidia drivers...anyway...capping the game to 50fps makes it stable (only a few dips to 45-47fps in night/populated areas) but generally its rock solid 50fps.

Im using EVGA Precision X to cap the framerate and my gpu is +100/+300. Cpu is running at 4,6ghz.

 

Fcking disgrace IMO. This just cost EA a sale next on their next NFS game.

 

Im surprised by the lack of support by criterion, but then again their support with burnout paradise wasnt stellar either, their engine was just ok to run on pc, i guess it was pure luck.
Anyway its not 60fps but 50fps does the job perfectly. As an european user which grow with pal 50hz im not minding it all. I probably end up not playing it anymore since ive been advancing quite alot with vita version. Playing such a game in the bed is nothing than amazing.

 

SLI still broken for me. Even a single GTX680 with an I7 9** should run a game like this a 60+FPS with no dips.

Cannot believe I paid full price for this game.

New patch came today, dramatic effect to performance, game now runs constantly 60fps with no drops maxed out )

 

wow seriously... took them long enough! I'll have to update my copy when I get home from work.

 

according to fraps mine is locked to 30fps... I wonder how I managed to do that, although my 460 is getting long in the tooth now.
