@ scitek - Same here. Game is playable with a framerate of anything between 35 and 60 fps but as soon as it dips below 50 fps then it feels horribly laggy and jerky, especially when cornering. It completely spoils what is otherwise a really good game. Lowering settings doesn't fix it either, only reduces it slightly. :(

I cannot believe that Criterion have still not fixed this issue. I refuse to believe that this is a result of CPU limitations as other games feels far smoother at 45 fps than this does; Sleeping Dogs for example which I capped at 45 fps due to the Extreme AA making my GPUs run hot during the summer.

Probably they believe that :Majority of Racing game lovers are Arcade racers which they keep putting into.

i dont know the ral numbers of-course, but i think the numbers aren't low.

But yes, i wish there are forza or Tourismo like games for pc too.

I was able to make it playable, only by limiting the frames to 40, using precisionx.
Rarely my frames dropes to 39-38, but it doesn't affect gameplay.
Sudden and massive framedrops from 60 down to 50/45, are producing the stuttering that makes the handling terrible.
    1920X1080/maxed out.

    Good man and FTM

Last good NFS for me was HP 2010 but ever since Underground 2 has felt a bit cheap.

I had the same problem and apparently the game doesn't like it if you have your Origin friends list at 100 people, the maximum. I had to delete one person then it loaded just fine.
