FWIW, I'm bombing out on stock clocks. Had to drop them by 55MHz to be stable in FC3 and around 30Mhz to stabilize things in AC3. Cards are watercooled in a loop that previously cooled a 3-Way 570GTX setup, so temps are a non-issue, they're yet to reach 40C under 100% load.

 

What if you disable SLI?

 

No difference. It was the first thing that I did.

 

Micro-Stuttering (58-59-60FPS) in Battlefield 3 (SP), Black Ops 1 (SP), Black Ops 2 (SP) Far Cry 3 (SP) and, and, and, and still not fixed !uke2:

..with my old GTX580 way smoother gameplay not even one drop to 59 or 58 in COD BO 1 or 2 and other games, luckily that i still have the card.... way better.

As in the "Battlefield 3 not working" error?

 

Anyone try D3 on windows 8 with these? Running default nvcp options and full screen in game results in something like 8 bit colors and flickering. Window mode is fine and so are screenshots of the issue

Something I have noticed, these drivers have raised FPS in World of Tanks and Planetside2 seems better also. I've got a EVGA 570Oc. The clock seemed to be stuck and not lowering as it should. I turned off my Logitech software and the clocks did what they are suppose to.
Tuen it back on and they go back to 797mhz without changing back down.

 

Strange behaviour with this version,Nfs world,Nfs shift 2 unleashed,Mass effect 3 and BF3 all crash with this driver,is it coincidence they are all EA games

Also Deadspace 1 & 2 crash at main menu...again EA games.

Luckily UFO Enemy unknown 2012 works fine

I agree on that.
But my system crashes also with stock clocks (fixed at stock via Inspector) with this drivers, and lots of people have standard cards doing the same.
So please don't always tell it's the clocks (not meaning you in person).

 

Yes but they will be the same version 310.70. No other fixes. The only difference will be that it will include the digital signature from Microsoft.

 

Looks like you have a bad card.

 

I wouldn't say its a bad card just because of some random text issue in bf3. if it was bad he'd have other symptoms, not just text related.

I'm running a slight oc on my msi gtx 680, 1200mhz, and bf3 hasn't had one crash since i installed these drivers on the day that they were released. with all previous beta drivers after 306.97 i'd get random 'bf3 has stopped responding'. the new aftermath dlc runs beautifully on 310.70's.

 

After having played for quite a while now, absoutely no problems with GW2.

 

Only getting about 45% GPU usage with my 660 Ti and this driver, wth is going on? Trying older drivers..

EDIT: apparently only happens in farcry3, anyone know how to fix?

 

Anybody else has issues with Natural Selection2?

The game just hangs after I click in options menu or browse for servers.. Music plays, but everything else becomes unresponsive, except for mouse cursor

And I was so looking forward to this patch.. Happens with both GF and Quadro 310.70 variant. Idk about older driver, but i played fine with 310.61 & 310.64 before this new patch.

Also i noticed its using physx, maybe its a connection with that? since nvidia "fixed" few broken physx games..

 

NS2 is working for me, using 310.70

 

Ok had the issue on several other games, including max payne 3 and far cry 3. Fixed it all by going back to win 7 and using the same exact driver. Win 8 is going in the closet until I have no other choice but to upgrade which I'm hoping is never.

Can you browse servers, etc?


Do you use latest physx?
