How do you create and edit the profile? I cannot see any option in CCC to create a profile.

However i can confirm that manually setting CCC clocks to 300/150 fixes the clock idle bug until you apply an overclock via afterburner.

 

Guys, on MSI Afterburner with 12.11Beta3, all the values are showing up to be either 0 (zero) or blank (null), and the sliders don't work AKA I can't OC. Any advise, anyone?

 

Im really jealous lol. I wish there would be a way to fix this idleclock issue. I already checked the profile int he ace folder but it doesn't seem to have smth to do with the issue.

 

I dont have such a problem with 12.11 beta3 with 7970m in AB 2.2.4

 

upgraded from 12.8 to 12.11b3 today.
3DMark 11 showed a bump up of about 200 points.
I was hoping for better....
Havent tried BF3 yet though....

 

Retry with a clean install. And BF3 is where the real gains are at!

 

bugged driver sets = way to go, give me more of them!.

Usually bugs = new features. If those features are worthy like the beneficts of this drivers...

You have to be in advanced mod and after you set your clocks go to present->add present->give a name and assign a hotkey.

 

my clock speeds are sorted

manually set memory to 150 once you go 3d it doesn't even need changing when switching as it goes to 1200 automatically. tested wow/bf both running speeds of 1050/1200

1050/1200 3D 300/150 Idle now for me.

Can't wait to see if they improve on them more for the final release for 7000 series

 

hmm will it clock normal after that or will you have to manually press the "idle" key then?

I don't follow the driver releases closely. When do we expect to see the final drivers?

It will stay that way while you have that "idle" present on. If you apply default it will go to 500/1400. But you don`t need to do this, as Joe said to, after you set to 300/150 it will clocks automatic once it need it. That why is so strange.

with lower overall clocks i gained 800+ GPU score in 3DMark 11: ) 5800ish now

Going to go for my Benchmark overclock after work see if i can break 6k

Is anyone else getting artifacts behind the mouse curse when hovering over (some) links? This happens with 12.10 as well. =/

It's really noticeable on Reddit -- go over there and quickly move your mouse cursor up and down over links.
