Thought these drivers were working well. Then yesterday I noticed my temps were higher than normal at idle. I checked Afterburner and my clocks never went below 405 MHz, the middle clock. Normally it will drop to 51 MHz at idle. I restarted and the clocks were back to 51 MHz but I went ahead and went back to 306.23 to be on the safe side.

As you can see, we are several that we have realized that the IQ of these drivers are not very good.

Without a real comparison it could just be placebo.

Some of us notice a difference, and we use this forum to communicate the fact, nothing else no need to be frightened or anything, just some folks chatting, do we really need to show our papers?
    haha

not had any blue screens, but on Borderlands 2, i've had one system lock-up and dozens of instances where the game locks up but if i press ctrl-alt-delete and just cancel the windows 7 menu that pops up, the game starts working again.

    This.

Unless you have DIRECT proof and are willing to go the lengths of proving your accusations by taking lossless screenshots on each driver in the exact same scenes. Then your words are useless and we have to assume it is just a placebo effect.

    No offense.:pc1:

Please feel free to prove me wrong with proof.

Has anyone notice a BSOD on start with these drivers?
I randomly get BSOD on boot with the memory dump pointing at the nVidia drivers.

    Never happened before this driver.

My friend, I have over 10 years installing forceware drivers (previously called detonator), and if I have learned is that if IQ can vary from one version to another.
I come here to comment, this is a public forum.
This is not the federal court to have to show proof of my words.

Do not believe us? perfect! feel free to believe what you like.
    No offense.

True, i see it about the same as all drivers ive used hence we ask a picture to compare since we wanna know if theres any difference or not. Ive rolled back and i see the same image quality so id like to know if you are right or just a placebo.

Yes, these 306.97 are a bit washed out, forced AF looks better, i noticed this with SS3 ingame AF or other games with ingame AF. BF3 has kinda weak ingame AF by default, i force AF there since the day i bought it.

    And I agree with

    Hatters gonna hate xD

    +2

Maybe with R310, when they finally ditch old crappy dx9 gpus? :D
