We might need to take these drivers offline, AMD is creating a new build to fix some bugs that are in this version. Just so that you guys know !

hope these bugfixes contain the 2d clock issue. Just installed the drivers on my 7970m and my clocks are stuck in 300/1200 instead of 300/150

Good to know. Well, I'm currently playing BF3 with them and I can see the difference clearly! Would the hotfixed driver be out today as well?

UPDATE - At the request of AMD the driver has been taken offline. They discovered some bugs and a new build is due to be released later today. Please keep checking this post, once we have the new build we'll update the file-mirror and thus the download.

For me a big difference, 900+ 3D Mark 11 points. :O Checked with Serious Sam 3 and 3D Mark 11.

But they have removed these drivers so I will wait for a new ones.

    hi there

The biggest improvement within these drivers is for 7970M on AMD Enduro platform, upto 40% performance increase in games.

I shall post some benchmarks showing the percentage improvement of the new drivers over the older platform on the laptops once were fully upto speed in our new offices. http://forums.********************/showpost.php?p=23007687&postcount=65

Currently running this driver on my Alienware M17x R4 w/ AMD 7970M. Amazing frame rate gains in BF3 so far! It feels almost like a mild hardware upgrade. With that said, I noticed my 3DMark 11 score drop by ~200 points as opposed to others who tested it and got ~1000 points more, for whatever that's worth. Maybe I just need to do a clean install and run it again..

    Oh hey NBR friend!

I don't have Enduro on my machine (Clevo 370em doesn't have the capability), and performance was right about where it should be. Glad to see you single card users are getting increases though, complete garbage from AMD to leave you guys waiting so long.

If this driver has the performance gains reported and the stability of 12.9 I will owe AMD an apology for claiming they are full of it for saying they would work harder on drivers and they gave a crap about their customers.

Seems odd to me though, that eyefinity sees very little gains? Anyone have any idea why?
