    Where are you downloading from if you dont mind me asking, maybe it is a regional problem.

    Still not getting past 10-15kb/s

    I'm getting some kind of artifact in Google Chrome and Firefox when moving mouse quickly over links (for example on www.reddit.com) a strange black rectangle appears under cursor for a moment, but then disappears. This happens with both HW acceleration enabled and disabled in Mozilla Firefox.

    I would love too, but during this time I have downloaded 3 files at full speed and been watching streams, I dont think I could convince my brain to blame the ISP for this one anomoly :D

    There's definitely something going on at some HUBs, we've informed the host about the download issues. If the problem persists you'll have to wait on mirrors from AMD, which should be up soon.

    Hmm. Actually my ISP is reporting theres some fibre problems somewhere and they say my connection to US might be slow. These forums load very slow indeed for me but first download link was fast.

    So maybe some users are going trough that broken fibre at the moment depending where they live and how traffic is routed..
