Cheers mate. That last one is from a dynamic event that spawns in Harathi Hinterlands, in the north east of the zone. it's a chained event and it's absolutely amazing. not gonna say more than that, but I was doing it thinking this is one of the best things I've ever played on my pc! People shouting "This is epic!!!" haha... here's the map, the DE spawns around the red circle, you have to try it out.

Some planetside 2 beta. The game uses some form of blurry FXAA, which I hate, so it looks a bit blurry. Mixture of high and medium.

 

I just got passed that demon yesterday, going to blighttown today.. but i must say those lower res SShots look great. On my pc @1680 it looks just horrible. Kinda like looks like img upscaling on an old TS monitor... only much worse.

 

Testing Doom3 -sikkmod , downsample from 1920x1440, 2xaa, nvcpl fxaa @ 60fps vsync :nerd:

 

thanks, in-case you're wondering... i am using DSfix 0.4 @1920x1080 with no AA (FXAA is an option i just prefer not to use it). and ambient occlusion set to very high using the Fable3:Lost chapters 0x00000023 compatibility.

 

yeh i somehow ended up reading about it on the pc ign review after i made that post and dl/ed the 0.7 version. Looks like the game is running @ a proper res now
