    Oh no..

First thing i noticed, was mozilla going black screen, only mozilla, not the whole screen,, so i exited mozilla and tried again.. 10min of browsing and it goes black again, with some flickering here and there

AMD, will they ever make a problem free driver? :(

Im so fed up with all the blue/black/grey screens now, im about to throw up.

Damn, I was hoping these drivers would be my next stable ones :(

I hear you. I have had 2 sets of drivers that have worked flawlessly, one in January and one in April, 12.4.

I will give these a download anyway, try for myself.

I take it you mean the mobility drivers and no the desktop drivers? What does it say specifically?

Same here, after long browsing (no porn :nerd: hehe)....im tired of this, going soon for 670. 7970 was such a waste of money seriously - good thing was that i bought it half the price but nvmd.

No error as such, they just installed completely, asked for reboot and after rebooting, display is bigger, low resolution, like no drivers installed, and yeah, for mobility drivers.

Yeah I have 1500$ in video cards that are useless. How can they not have a class action filled against them? This is utter bull****. I buy 3 monitors and 3 cards and the **** don't work for 8 months now I have had more problems in this time then the 18 years I have been doing this.

Try disable Hardware Acceleration if you are on Mozilla Firefox, it does seem to work for me.

What are the steps to reproduce the FF problem?

For me FF is running fine with or without H/W acceleration. 7950 CF, I am on 12.7 beta though.

Thing is, it kinda beats the point of having hardware acceleration support in the first place if even a simple browser rendering engine can't make use of it.

Personally, I've never had any problems with hardware-accelerated page rendering on Waterfox (64-bit Firefox) nor Pale Moon (light custom Firefox), even with the newest Betas, with my 5650m.
But if newer generations of cards can't even use hardware acceleration properly (is really) due to drivers, that's kinda lame.

Anyway, I'll bite and try this new WHQL set.
If this still f*cks up DXVA and hardware-accelerated Flash video playback (by turning it green), I'll just revert back to 11.11c, where the performance, stability, and sanity are still preserved.

There is only W86A_INF folder in extracted folder, no win7, probably that the reason I cant get them installed in windows 7 x64, anyone else having same issue?
