True this. My Aussie friends wanted so badly to see a skunk last time they were here, and about jumped for joy when we encountered one of the roadkill variety.

i think i'll be excited just to see a squirrel running around lol

Pretty sure I just like the car more than the "photo" per say...

that would have been a great photo if you turned the camera to the left a little bit (that blurry 1/3 of the pic on the right doesn't do anything for the photo) and if all eyes were sharp. Almost great. maybe next time :)

Tanks for the feedback Eclap. I would have liked to have more eyes in the shot, and even get a little closer maybe. But the problem was that is was tucked in quite nicely and I couldn't get the lens closer. Maybe next time indeed :)

Liking the barren feel of the pano Captain Oats, reminds me of northern Finland.

I've never done macro, just had a day off last week, so I picked up my camera and roamed around the house. Here are a few snaps.

Nice shot bball! i love it when shots like that work out haha.

here are some pics from about a 2-3 weeks ago. i've been really into black and white editing for awhile now. although i think i may have overdone on the highlights and contrast.
of course, any critique is welcomed :)

thanks! i about a month ago i traded my D300 for a fuji x100. loving the camera so far, but the AF on it messes up really bad sometimes. but street shooting is sooo fun! :D
I'm still getting used to shooting from the hip, a bit more of a challenge since i dont know where the focus is.. but sometimes its working quite nice.

like on this pic for example, i'm still wondering how the hell the camera decided to focus on the buildings behind the girls.
