I can't run or I get graphics problems some ATi/AMD-ATi demos on my GeForce cards due to the lack of patch. List of demos - compatible errors/problems: Leo / Radeon HD 7900 demo: lack of lights on my current GTX 480 March of the Froblins / Radeon HD 4800 demo: cannot run due to error on my current same card All Radeon X1800 demos: cannot run due to errors on any GF card (min SM 3.0) Ruby: Dangerous Curves / Radeon X850 demo: cannot run due to error on my old 8800GTS640 and 9800GT 1GB (due to non-NV40 chip - no chips added for patch yet ) (except I can run on my 6800Ultra AGP ) All Radeon X800 demos: cannot run due to errors except I can "Subsurface Scattering" demo but SSS are missed on any GF card (min SM2.0 or 3.0) These compatible problems aren't fixed yet... :bawl: -> Guy can fix error to put patch for "A New Dawn" demo on AMD-ATi DX11 card. want AMD/ATI demos...get an AMD/ATI card...simple... some of these older ati demos cant be patched...the hardware had a fixed function pipeline back then..so the demos where written to look for and run on certain hardware that no longer exists on these new programmable gpus
ok but you change ANY type of monitor but you cannot run demos! But I would change to or add new AMD-ATi card then I would can to run demos. I like too CRT monitor and also OLED due to no motion blur issue!!!
I played with few ATI demos not so long ago and i was able to play most of them. LEO works in educational mode (expect by some new shadow technique) Ruby Whiteout ok Froblins ok Mecha ok Ladybug ok HK-2207 ok I checked for few more, but i see most older/legacy are missing error404 - not found..
I also can run these demos (except LEO works in Educational mode only) in past year. I also got error (few demos missed X1800, X850, X800 demos...). But try to search in Google.
I just tried chimp 9800pro and it works too, http://i.imgur.com/KZxes.jpg but in that subsurface scattering test it looks the same subsurface on or off.
Ati Gargoyle and Dogs screensaver Hi all, Coming from Ati, I got 2 sli GTX 680 for free. My system is working perfect, but my favorite 2 screen savers , do not work! Ati Gargoyle and Ati Dogs The only way they worked is by using 3D anlayzer and choosing : emulate other DX8.1 caps or emulate pixel shader caps or emulate bump map caps or emulate cube maps, but this is useless as I need it to run as a screensaver. I appreciate any help on how to make them work.

See and download lastest version from dgVoodoo page Finally, we can fix errors to can run perfectly various ATi demos after dgVoodoo2 applied on my GeForce RTX 4090 with GF v537.42WHQL driver running Win 10!!! <3 1. locate [letter]:\MS\x86 and copy D3D9.dll to [letter]:\ATi demo\name_demo, after extract file downloaded 2. run dgVoodooCpl.exe, click "add" button to select [letter]:\ATi demo\name_demo in "Config folder / ..." 3. click "DirectX" separator and change "VRAM" to 512MB, if demo requires 512MB or higher. 4. exit dgVoodoo2 and run *.exe (eg: SushiDX.exe) I will post photos tomorrow!!

This doesn't work due to the non-dgVoodoo = no dgVoodoo watermark at the bottom right corner. See: lol
dgvoodoo doesn't support d3d11 or 10, it can wrap glide, ddraw and d3d 1-9 to 10, 11 and 12, but it does not have any support for games using 10, 11 or 12.
