Yea, you said exactly what i was thinkin! I've had to rma 4 cards in a row, while trying to get a 3rd card. I've leqrned not to even tri 3 cards right now-I got a Lightning cousin today and started 3d vantage and in 30 sec the card froze at 95 degrees-sheesh!

Did you run any overclocking utility at all during or before, even without actually overclocking?

    If so, there's your cause.

True. Either way I'm very happy to know that you can help us with BSOD issues!

ya dont waste your time RMAing them they should be fixed soon. Only good thing to happen out of this is that Sapphire upgraded my cards to the 7970 OC edition for all the problems i had.
They said this will not fix your problem but you get better cards... i was happy with that now just waiting on driver to fix dis!

You're asking me those questions above, don't give me any chance to respond and then instead say I'm the one with no clue?

    You just did that, really?

Dude, I'm gonna be honest here, you keep telling everyone (in your words) that you're a hardware expert. You're not.

Seems hardware is not one of your strong points.

I mean just now when I told that guy his PSU was prob fubar, you instantly jumped down my throat saying faulty PSU's always cause 124 errors so his PSU could not be faulty.

Well, that is just complete bullshlt. How many PSU's have you actually seen that cause 124 stops? Or cause bsod's in general.

Then you have the balls to tell me Hilbert said something regarding faulty PSU's when he never said it at all.

And don't tell me u fixed someones problem when you didn't, in the other thread all you did was give him some advice. You did not "fix his issue".

You woulda got all my respect if you had just stuck to helping people with reading dumplogs.
Instead ur arguing with folks that, tbh prob know a fair bit more than urself and meanwhile claiming to be an all round expert blah blah.

I can see why you got banned from your last forum dude.....:3eyes:

Wow, Phaebus from ocn has returned :D

I tell the entire world how to fix problems for all hardware I do not own. I've fixed over 10,000 machines from bsods since Win7 beta. That should tell you a little something something, along with all the other issues I solve(d).

Besides, my AGP card does extremely well for what it is. For instance, I play MLB 2k12 a lot lately, on max settings. I can play most latest games near or at max settings with a smooth screen. My overall experience is excellent because I don't even have a single system issue, because I'm a stability expert.

It has an 800 MHz gpu when overclocked over the factory overclock and I use 2600 MHz effective memory for the GDDR3.

Jealous are you kidding? What could I be jealous of?

You're full of shlt, simple as that. ;)

And btw way, his old card didn't give him trouble because it was ONBOARD. Do u know what that means? Probably not.

How about FANTASIST, you should look that one up because it describes you perfectly.

You sir, are a FANTASIST. :) lolololol

You do know onboard graphics does actually use power from the same psu, correct? Just checking.

Are you familiar with how much power onboard gfx uses?
