Wreckage Trailer Installation Instructions Wreckage needs Crysis Wars installed for it to work. Crysis Wars comes with Crysis Warhead. If you haven't bought Crysis Warhead you can download the trial version of Crysis Wars: ► Crysis Wars Trial Once installed you'll need to update the game to version 1.5: ► Crysis Wars Patch v1.5 Next step is to download the modification itself: ► Wreckage Mod Since Wreckage does not have an installer you'll need to do the following: 1. Extract the contents of WRECKAGE_Release_V.1.0.0.zip using a freeware program such as 7-Zip. 2. Double-click on the extracted WRECKAGE_Release_V.1.0.0 folder. 3. Take a copy of the Mods folder (right click -> copy...). 4. Paste the Mods folder into your Crysis Wars installation folder (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Crytek\Crysis Wars\). That's it. To start up Wreckage, run Crysis Wars, go to Mods section, choose Wreckage and click on Load. To play Wreckage in 64-bit, as the game suggests, go to Windows start menu and under the Electronic Arts\Crysis Wars folder click Play Crysis Wars 64bit. Alternatively, you can go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Crytek\Crysis Wars\Bin64\ folder and run Crysis.exe.
two ways, shortcut in the target line add -DX9. or place a system.cfg with "r_Driver = DX9" in the main directory.
DX10, not DX9. So I guess it must be -dx10 but maybe they don't support it at all, check if there's a D3D10 file in the binary folder or what it's called. (CryD3D10.dll or what it was.)
Wow Crysis Wars is so mature Cryengine, i could actually play it on intel hd 4000. Anyway, what i hate about this game: you select 2 for English, when in game, suddenly koreans and americans speak german! And it crashes when i die and reload a checkpoint That's when you get free stuff, you get what you pay for
Cool, thanks.. Previously I couldn't play it (The Crysis Wars trial was expired/didn't work and I had already given away Crysis Warhead long ago.. :bang: ) I'm about a half an hour into it and it's pretty fun so far, lots of hectic fighting..All the action makes my 680 chug a bit :wanker: might need to try some OC'ing and see if it helps (2500k @ stock bottlenecking @ 1080p? :3eyes: )
