Lotsa ways, go for a cycle/run (dont drive), play a game, play music loud, get mashed, have a shower/bath (helps to feel fresh), go see your mates, put cyanide in her chips.
Generally if you get to the point where your significant other is actually making you angry, you're spending too much time around them.
Take a break and walk away, by no means get drunk and come home that way.......disaster right there with unintentional feelings............ Just take some time and you'll be fine............. 24 hr gaming marathon is what I'm thinkin..................
In my 7 years relationship with my ex-girlfriend (now she's my wife), I made her really mad only once. She cried and I felt so bad. But within a day she just let it over and no more problem. We have a very good relationship and never have any big fights. So my one penny is, do like what my wife did, let it over and forget about it. If she loves you and knows you're mad at her, she will appreciate it a lot.
Don't try to escape the conflict just ki...talk to her tell her what do you feel and listen to her also!Sharing emotions and thoughts is the best solution.

Actually his comment was very good. He obvioulsy has spoken to a woman, not sure what you are used to mate.. Speaking and listening is a very mature and good way to sort things out and will show her that you do care about her and she does indeed have a great affect over you. Ignoring is just silly. Just my opinion brother, no offence intended. :nerd:
when i had a girlfriend, the bar was my friend a few drinks and a snack with friends, pool or snooker etc. worked really well. to get some payback one day i came up with a prank, after the bar closed i would simply turn off my cell phone and vanish for a couple of days. few days later at home.. Girlfriend: where were you all these days?! i was worried. Me: oh i'm sorry if i disappeared so suddenly blah blah blah.. but If i told you where i was it would've ruined the surprise, you gonna love it! just trust me my dear. 5 month of constant vanishing on and off (and a few suspicious bad stares thinking i was seeing another girl) she still fell for the surprise thing, only after i broke up with her i told her there was no surprise. :devil: haven't heard from her since hahaha.
