Season Unending can bug pretty easily if you are on the civil war quest line during the negotiation part of the quest, said negotiation can bug pretty easily too however but it's a interesting encounter and doesn't really limit the civil war aspect, you can continue with that straight afterward should you feel like it. :)

Believe that error happens to everyone, click yes to all and they wont show up anymore.

Do something else, continue playing in a week.
    You have burn out.

what i do is every location i go though i complete 100% of it before moving on, so serch every cave and area and all... but now their is no point in searching as i have it all..

when i got to whiterun and killed that first dragon, i stopped with the quest and explored all the space to the left and i got y enchanting+blacksmith to 100% as well as others and once i did that i was invisible. i dono maybe ill start again and this time not aim to increase perks right away :(

    lol definite burnout.
Try and learn from it, I had to otherwise I would have given up gaming altogether.
It follows along the lines of "if somethings worth doing, its worth doing well".
Not all the time it seems :)
(although I still do it to some extent)

Its playing that way that gives the burn out.
What I've chosen to do is not explore every area of the map just yet, but if I come across a cave/castle during my travels, I give it ta full once over.
When I get a place to visit, I make a direct beeline for where it is and walk/run there, rather than fast travel.
(unless I get beaten up after walking for aaages, then I fast travel to avoid boredom)
If I come across anything new, its like more fun rather than a chore.
Avoiding too much repetition is the key.

Save trawling the map properly for when you have finished the main plot.

Try joining a guild and continue through its storyline, then try the next guild. I joined DarkBrotherhood, Thieves and Compagnions at once so no matter where i go theres always something to do near my place.

Also, i dont fasttravel or ride, i run around and let myself get sidetracked to random bandits & stuff. Sometimes i decide to go up to some ruin and smash ppl's heads in just because i dont like they're black ropes. I hate Necromancers, the lot of tehm. :D

Just try to roleplay your character and try different roles (warrior in heavy armor, thief in light armor, elven archer, magician, whatever) and adapt your gaming style.

Lot of things you can do out there. Or become a vampire / werewolf and choose to live as an outlaw in a dark cave. ARRRRR! :D
